Acceptor Units
CaféTimePro can operate with most bill or coin
acceptors. CaféTimePro has three different methods of accepting input from
an acceptor unit all via the COM port on a personal computer.
PULSE
Mechanical pulse
CaféTimePro will operate with any mechanical
coin acceptor unit that momentarily closes a micro switch when a coin is
accepted. A special cable may be required for a mechanical coin unit.

Electronic Bill and Coin Acceptors
CaféTimePro has been designed to work with MEI
(MARS) or APEX compatible coin or bill acceptors running in serial mode
with an MFC101C adapter card connected to the computers serial (COM) port.
