CaféTimePro

CaféTimePro converts your computer into a kiosk workstation that allows any windows application to be run while logging its time usage.  With its simple Timer Control Bar always visible, CaféTimePro provides the easiest to use interface of any kiosk/Internet Café software available. Clocks on the Timer Control Bar show not only the start and finish times for a session, but also the elapsed time while the customer is engaged in their session.

Customers never need any instructions to use CaféTimePro, it's that easy to use.  One click and they're on their way.  With many languages available and more being added all the time, CaféTimePro is perfect for internet café computers or stand alone kiosks.

CaféTimePro has been designed and tested to operate on up to 100 workstations networked together while tracking individual transactions and multiple workstation (kiosk) statistics.

Because CaféTimePro uses an HTML screen for the desktop (the main window viewed by your customers) you can have anything you want displayed including pictures, animations etc.  Sample HTML screens are provided. Included Features:

Simple Interface in multiple languages

  • Customers will start using the kiosk/station without any intervention from staff.  It's that easy to use!  Over 5 years of testing and interviewing customers has made this the easiest kiosk/Internet Café software ever!
  • The customer interface is now available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, French, Swedish and Italian with new languages being added.

Complete flexibility

  • Customise the kiosk/station to look the way you want it to look.  Use the sample pages included or create you own HTML front screens.  This means that any graphics, sounds, animations or video can be displayed on the front screen.  Excellent for advertising or providing information about your place of business.

  • Designed for either 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 screen resolutions.

Visible Timer Control Bar

  • Customers can track their usage at all times.  Clocks displaying the start time, duration and end time are always visible.
  • Simple user interface – one button click starts any application, a prepaid session or the Internet (internet connection required).
  • Customize the appearance of the Timer Control bar to suit your needs with our new themes.
  • Set up your own scrolling message to scroll across the bottom of the timer bar - excellent for important messages or advertising!

Customisable Secure Web Browser

  • Add up to 7 button to the built in web browser that link directly to sites you want.
  • Site (URL) blocking - Add a URL or part of a URL address to block access to any site.
  • Pop-ups can be redirected back into the browser or allowed to open

Tracks Printed Pages

  • CaféTimePro tracks the number of pages printed for a session and charges for them on the receipt.  You set up how much you want to charge per page printed.

System Security

  • Lock down the computer so that only the applications specified by the administrator are permitted to run.  This means that a customer has no access to the operating system or files on the computer, only the programs the Administrator (you) permit.

Complete Prepay System

  • Prepaid accounts can be generated in advance for sale to customers.
  • These accounts expire when the customer has used up the pre-allocated time established when the account was created.  There is complete flexibility in generating prepaid accounts.  The number of accounts, the duration for the account, description and price can be customised.
  • Complete reporting of prepaid accounts and usage is available to the Administrator account.  Usage reports are available to the Manager account.
  • Restrict workstations to only prepay for specific periods.  This allows for customers to pay by cash during regular hours and be restricted to prepaid accounts after hours when there may be no staff available to collect cash.
  • Enable prepaid accounts only – no cash sessions are permitted.
  • Use the CaféTimePro Prepay Ticketer to issue prepaid accounts to customers without the need for staff intervention.

Three Levels of Account Security

  • Included is Administrator, Manager and Staff security levels, each providing access only to the areas required.

In Depth Account Control

  • Flat fee or variable fee rates.  Set up your accounts to use scaling rates based on how long a session has been active or just use a flat rate for the entire session.
  • Multiple tax levels are available for countries with multiple tax rates. Have the taxes charged included within the rate charged or added to the rate charged.

Transaction Logging

  • Detailed or summary reports for all transactions.  These reports can be generated for any period such as daily, weekly or user defined.

Desktop Slide Show

  • Excellent for advertising. Use multiple front screens and have them cycle at a preset interval
  • Front Screens are HTML files which means that you can put sound, animation, pictures etc. on your own Front Screens.

Designed to work with CaféShop P.O.S. (included)

  • CaféShop P.O.S. is a full featured Point of Sale system that links with CaféTimePro for use in Internet Cafés.

Coin or Bill Acceptor Ready

  • CaféTimePro has Acceptor interfaces and countdown clocks built in.
  • Set the time for each coin or bill denomination and it's ready to go.
  • Works with mechanical or electronic acceptor units
  • Multiple interfaces: USB and SERIAL (for MF101C Adapter)

Multiple Languages

  • The customer can select from a list of languages right on the Timer Control Bar.
  • All customer interface prompts and text change to the language selected.
  • New languages are being added all the time.

Remote Reporting

  • View all reports from your office or home for all of your sites via the Internet.

Automatic Reporting by e-mail

  • Have daily or weekly reports e-mailed to up to two e-mail addresses from any kiosk/station.

Log Maintenance and Archiving

  • Archive and keep all transaction information.
  • Remove older information for safekeeping.
